Ok so I got tons of requests to do a follow up on the growth of my baby birds, so here is part 2…I hope you guys enjoy these little guys as much as I do. Notice the 2 little guys are different from the big guy. That’s because they are Yellow Sided green cheek conures and the big one is a Pineapple green cheek conure. Their names are (from littlest to biggest) Sonny, Donald, and BB King.
The inspiration for these came to me for a very simple reason. I have the ‘beach blues’ and want to go to our families favorite beach in North Carolina. It’s where my soul rejuvenates itself and where it is so peaceful, I could easily spend the rest of my days there in pure happiness. They remind me of the etchings ancient mariners used to carve into whale bones or other large fishes bones. So I painted them with the hope they would have an ‘etching’ look. I hope that’s what you get from them when you look at these. They really just flowed right out of me and I really enjoyed doing them. There are close up pics of each.. A sperm whale, an old anchor, a nautical star, the Cape Hatteras Light House, and a Seahorse. The base polish is China Glaze Moonlight.
Gorgeous!
Safari nail art. A giraffe, an elephant, the silhouette of flamingos everywhere! A collaboration with the originality was finished this time! It was fun!

Anonymous asked: What's the best way to get rid of yellow stains on your nails???? x
There are a few ways I do it. If its just exernal I can you take a buffer and gently buff away. If its worse than that you can get nail bleach. That works really well. If you are wearing polish all the time simply give your nails a break!
